Join us for our annual CPH golfing event with a fantastic cause - the expansion of Canton-Potsdam Hospital's oncology services. Enjoy a round of golf, buffet lunch, silent auction and prizes.

Team Entry Fee: $380 + applicable service fee (OR a get a free team with a Platinum and Gold business partnerships)

RSVP by JUNE 10th (extended deadline)

Registration 8 to 8:45 a.m.

Shotgun Start: 9 a.m.

Prizes and Day Events: Closest to the pin, 50/50, Mulligans, Skins, etc.

1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-place prizes for three tournament flights.
